Ok, so the first step in any traffic generation you do, in a search engine optimization (SEO) standpoint (which basically just means making your website show up when a person searches for a keyword in Google, Yahoo, or MSN Bing), is to figure out what your target market is, and the demand for that specific market.
So, that means you’ll need to head over to a keyword research tool such as the Google Keyword Research Tool and find some keyword with a good enough demand, keeping in mind the competition.
Web Traffic Seems To Be An In Demand Keyword!
So we find that there are thousands of searches each month for this keyword all over the world. Perfect! We have a “initial clue” that there might be money to be made here… Now let’s look at the competition…
For this we must search the keywords on Google in Quotes. In this case “Web Traffic”.
"web traffic" returns over 5,000,000 competing pages! Try To Stick Out? No WaY!
Ok, this keyword is FAAAAAAR to competetive, even with 10 years of work it could still be a challenge. Free Traffic Methods would never help rank this keyword, even if you proabably tried 
Unfortuntaly… But let’s look at some more reasonable keywords that might be plausible to rank for…
Since I couldn’t possibly go through all of this manually, I’ve found a few keywords that might be of interest, based on search volume (2,000+ per month is PERFECT) and not too much competition (less than 50,000 competing pages) is ideal, but if you want really fast results, the less competition the better (More like 10,000 competing pages).
So let’s look at “internet web traffic” which this site is obviously optimized for in order to catch these visitors as potential buyers of my traffic system, duuuh =) Anyway, let’s have a look!
In this picture my Digg.com submission is already ranking in the results! That’s just 1 of the sites we will cover in Free Traffic Methods but here we can see that 5 minutes of work can potentially bring in 2,900 visitors per month (The estimated search volume)…
The obvious reason why this worked is because of the competing pages! There is not too many competing pages, at all really. It was a VERY hard keyword to find, let me tell you and it took a while… Fortunately there are tools that make all this work easier, which I reveal in Free Traffic Methods.
I just want to say that odds are you will see this website at the top as well for the keyword “internet web traffic” within a reasonable short time after this post.
